Greeting Vendors,
We are so excited you will be joining us this year for our first Dance Manifest Gathering!! We are believing for a great turnout and we are doing everything we can to help get the word out about your business.
The conference starts Friday August 17th at the Metroplex Expo Center. I will be arriving at 6:15 am to start prepping for our registrants. Our goal is to expedite registration quickly, so our registrants are spending less time in lines and at your tables.
As a vendor you have two options:
#1 You can set up your stations Friday morning August 17th preferably before 7:00 am. This way your tables are set up and ready to go when the registrants walk through the doors.
#2 The Metro Plex stated vendors can come Thursday August 16th between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and set up their table. They have assured us that security is tight, and they have never had a problem with break ins, etc. for those of you who have a table for two days, at the end of Friday evenings service can simply put a cover over your table, until we meet back Saturday morning.
General session starts Saturday at 8 am. Vendors can arrive at 7 am and we ask that all Vendors have their tables broken down and cleared out no later than 11:00 pm Saturday evening.
Each vendor will be provided with 1 table (standard), a white table cloth and 2 chairs. Be as creative as you want to be. It is your space! So make the most of it! Remember! the community at large is invited! So, spread the word!! If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach me at 330-321-9427.
Last, I am asking each vendor to donate an item from their table, as we will have giveaways, throughout the conference weekend to our registrants. We have found that it creates an atmosphere of expectation and excitement.
